If you were to instruct us, we would do our utmost to present the property to its fullest potential. A full floorplan would be completed along with photographs and a colour brochure.
The property would be marketed on Rightmove, On The Markert, on our website and through social media. We are also the recommended agent for Swindon for the Property Investors Network which means we work with investors up and down the country looking to invest in this area.
We would carry out all viewings and are flexible with the times as we are aware that people cannot always make appointments between 9am-5pm. Same day feedback is given after every viewing.
We will always keep in touch with regards to current market conditions and will work with you to review if there is anything further that can be done to help agree an offer on your property.
We realise that sales progression is very important once an offer has been accepted and work hard to keep you informed and liaise with your solicitor along the way.
