What’s the secret to taking a great photograph?
If its a commercial photograph then its making sure that you are fulfilling the given brief and adding a bit of creativity at the same time. You want your image to be impressive and to stand out from your competitors. With wedding photography working with natural light is the secret in providing beautiful images.
What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
Commercially, i would need to know the end use for the image (packaging, print, point of sale, website, social media etc) so that i can gauge what needs to be achieved. I can supply CMYK prints for printed work or colour correct RGB images for various online uses
What do you love most about your job?
I love taking photo's! I have never done another job and started shooting when i was 12. I really like the variety of work that comes into the studio. I shoot food mainly but will also take commercial portraits, interiors etc. I also get a buzz from shooting a wedding - i take it as a privelige to have been asked to be a part of such a special day
What inspired you to start your own business?
My love of photography started when i was 12 and all i wanted to be was a photographer. Running my own business, after assisting a variety of photographers in London, was the next step.

I have a wealth of experience, can handle any job type (big or small) have a very relaxed attitude and can give very accurate costs and time frames for jobs. I never overrun on times or budgets, based on the original brief.
