Three peaks barn

We got married on 27th July and I couldn’t thank the boutipi team enough! From the very beginning (which was about 2 1/2 years ago) they were absolutely amazing! They were so clear on how everything ran through the day, when the tipis would be set up in order for us to go in and decorate. They even helped us think about things we hadn’t even thought of. Even up until the last few weeks before when we realised we had to change and add a few things nothing was too much for them. What an absolute amazing experience to have a Boutipi marquee for our wedding! From the initial decision to choose Boutipi and deciding on which setup to have, the girls in the office were so helpful. The actual put up and take down of the marquee all the team were amazing, quick and efficient. (as well as some good banter!!) The marquee itself was superb, so light, airy and spacious. The bar, disco ball, flower ring, tables and chairs were just right and when dressed with our personal touches, decorations and flowers looked like a dream come true. There is nothing about these guys I wouldn’t recommend. Caring, compassionate and professional from start to finish. From sending emails to being on the other end of the phone whenever I needed them, just amazing. The boys erected our tipis on the hottest day on record! My client hired Tipi's from Boutipi for their wedding reception at West Carlton Guests House Hull and for us 'Britpop Reunion' to perform in. They really are beautiful looking things and incredibly sturdy. If you're having a band then spend the little bit extra on the additional awning as it will give you so much more room so the band dont need to spill out onto the dancefloor area. We couldn't recommend Boutipi enough, we had our wedding early September in a field. On the day it absolutely poured with rain but it did not make a difference to the inside of the tipi's, in fact it made them feel even cosier!
The guys that came to erect the tipi's were punctual, friendly and very hard working! They were at it all day and had smiles all the way through, checking with me throughout that I was happy. The tipi's were absolutely stunning inside and if you were considering having them I would only encourage you to get into with boutipi. I went to the most magical wedding last summer held in a Boutipi tipi. I expected everything to be fantastic because of the people they are however I couldn't have imagined a more beautiful, stunning, dramatic setting! When I first heard the wedding was going to be in a tipi I thought I might be cold or the sound might be lost in a tipi but I couldn't have been more wrong! These weren't even considerations. I had the best day, ever! I can't recommend this venue enough whether it be party/christening/baby shower/wedding ... perfect! Amazing, magical, stunning the words are endless to describe these gorgeous tipis! I've been lucky enough to have been to 2 weddings, christening & parties in these and every time I've been blown away by the impact they make! Whether the themes toned down or there decorated to the max the impact is the same! I couldn't recommend a better venue or a family run business to help you create that amazing occasion. Where do I start? From the moment I contacted Boutipi they made me feel like I was their ONLY customer! Having invited me to one of their open days (which I highly recommend going to) I was even more blown away with how stunning the tipis were and it's a chance to get an idea of the extras that you may want. Here is where I also get to meet the team behind this superb business and they are ALL so friendly and accommodating. My mind was made up and we booked them for our festival themed wedding. Throughout the year I bombarded the team with emails asking questions and advice. Each time I had a prompt reply and the girls would easily put my mind to rest with things I might have been worrying about. On the days the tipis were erected the team arrived in force and it was amazing watching them work continuously from 9-6 putting them together! During the day the guys even helped us out with additional things for our wedding and gave us some advice on where to put things. The day of our wedding came and our guests were totally blown away at how magical the tipis were and how big they actually inside! We had the Kung ( I would recommend as an extra) which went down a treat later in the night as it got chilly. People snuggled up and toasted marshmallows by the fire. Boutipi really set the scene for our wedding and I cannot praise them enough for their customer service. All the staff really go out the way to may your day perfect. We used boutipi for our wedding on the 27th August. The lads who put the tipis up were on time and got straight to work, they worked hard all day to get the tipis up and they looked amazing! The lads were really helpful, leaving extra chairs, tables and cables that they had left in the van...which all came in useful!
The tipis were amazing, they looked beautiful with all the fairy lights. The magical walk way was magical, our guest loved walking down the walkway into the tipis, they said it really did have the wow factor!
Most of our guests hadn't seen tipis used like this before and thought they were going to be sat in little wigwams like the cow boys and Indians! So when they saw the tipis they all fell in love with them!
The weather wasn't on our side on the day and we can definitely say that the tipis are extremely waterproof �
We can't recommend boutipi enough, they have been helpful from day one when we booked with them. They have always been in contact with us so we haven't had to chase anything up which took a big stress off planning the wedding.

I just don't know where to start. When we first enquired about booking the tipis the staff were so helpful and answered all my questions so we decided to go with them. We booked a year in advance but I rang them regularly to ask question and sort things out they were fantastic the whole year leading upto our wedding! We were made to feel like the only customer. We had our own venue so I did worry weather it was right they came out to the site on several occasions to put my mind at rest. The couple of days before the wedding were made so stress free from the staff they sorted everything out I had no worries. So, the wedding day itself was just magical I don't have the words to describe how fantastic it was, everyone commented how lovely the tipis were. We had the boutipi bar so a boutipi member of staff ( Ellis) was with us all day plus the bar staff they all were brill and made the day run smoothly. Now that the excitement of the wedding has died down, I think it's time I sit down and write the glowing review that Boutipi so truly deserve.

After first visiting Boutipi at an open day over 2 years before our wedding, I knew from the off set that I wanted them and the team to supply our wedding! After securing our wedding date on the 2nd of September 2017, we attended every single open day before this and were never dissapointed! The staff were so friendly and informative and helped us with every aspect of planning before our big day, Sam and Michelle must have been sick of me changing my mind of with all the different magical extras that I wasn't having one minute and then I was having the next, but they never seemed frustrated with me, and was always ready to answer my many emails very quickly, they were fab!

So the teepees went up 2 days before the wedding and the boys were excellent aswell. Ellis made sure the teepees were marked out to the exact location I wanted them and made sure I was happy before they were erected! Richard was always so friendly at every open day measuring tables up for us and on the day the teepees went up, answering all our questions. I even made a mistake by thinking I'd hired the giant magical walkway, but actually ordered the standard size, Sam rang me up the day after erection and said that she would send two guys round to install the giant magical walkway, I thought this was so lovely, as they would have had to have travelled all the way from Beverley to Leeds again!! I declined anyway because the standard walkway was pretty impressive anyway as with all the magical extras they provide!! But it was how they were willing to go out of their way to make me happy that impressed me the most!

On the actual day, we decided to hire a Boutipi staff member and it was genuinely one of the best things we did! Neil was amazing!! He lit fires and candles and helped clear up plates and glasses, he couldn't have done more for us on the day, I'm gutted I didn't have chance to speak to him and thank him for everything he did! He was an absolute legend!!

Finally the teepees themselves, well they stole the show completely! Everybody commented on how great they were, and how different it was to other weddings! The whole place was just so magical! I couldn't imagine getting married anywhere else in the world, it was literally the best day of our lives and all because of the beautiful teepees and the fabulous team that made it possible at Boutipi!!

Fantastic professionals from start to finish in delivering our wedding venue in Aug 2018. The Boutipi team from design to set-up (and all the way in-between) were outstanding. The Tipis looked fabulous and in keeping with the garden venue - so many of our friends approached us to say how great they looked. It was also the little additional things the team did that impressed us - like some last minute requests for matting and cabling that were accommodated without fuss and with no additional charge. Professional and personal. The tipis themselves make a stunning venue but the difference with Boutipi is the family run element. Rob was a delight to book through and then the girls in the office have been fantastic throughout. We chose Boutipi for our wedding in July and I'm so glad we did. It's a family business and you can really tell. They really go the extra mile to ensure your day is perfect. The tipis looked gorgeous and the team even helped us decorate them with 100 pompoms, which was above and beyond the call of duty! Planning a wedding is stressful and we had issues with some of our suppliers being unreliable, but Boutipi were fantastic from the start.
