I am the local Estate Planning Consultant for The Willwriting Partnership and I want to help you put your affairs in order. Like the rest of the team at The Willwriting Partnership I take responsibility for the quality of service clients receive from start to finish.

We are a multi-award-winning company and have been writing Wills since 1999. We have helped thousands of people to put their affairs in order at affordable prices.

We are members of the Society of Will Writers and are code complaint therefore safe to do business with. Our MD is chairman of the Professional Standards Board, and is a tutor at the college of will writing.

So what is Estate Planning?

Estate Planning means putting your affairs in order, just in case you pass away. It is the action of preparing for the transfer of your wealth and assets after your death. It includes late-life planning such as the preparation of Trusts, Lasting Powers of Attorney, funeral plans and any other necessary arrangements to ensure that your life is in order, and that everything is easy for your family to deal with.

Therefore as well as writing Wills our services include Lasting Powers of Attorney, Asset Protection Trusts, Pre-Paid Funerals, Probate and Secure Document Storage.

Our aim at The Willwriting Partnership is to make this process as simple, affordable, friendly and complete as possible. We believe in what we do. We are extremely good at what we do, and we want to help you and your family to have everything in place to ensure that your hard-earned assets end up with the people that you choose to inherit. We talk in plain English and we do not engage in high-pressure sales, telesales, junk mailings or any of those other modern marketing methods that big companies seem to love so much.

As your local consultant I will come out to see you in the comfort of your own home. I may require a cup of tea, or possibly coffee. I will talk to you and listen to you in order to understand your situation. I will then help you to understand what your Estate Planning options are before you decide what services are right for you.

If you are happy with the advice, then I will take instructions for your Will and any other services that will help you. I will then submitted your instructions to our drafting team. The first draft of your will and any other services will be sent to you by post or by email for checking.

I will be available to help you understand your draft and our friendly staff will be standing by to either accept your approval or amend the documents as necessary until you are 100% happy with them.

We operate a fixed-price structure no matter how many amendments are needed before we go to final copy.

Once approved, your draft documents will be produced in their final format, ready for signing and witnessing. I will come out to you to supervise the witnessing to ensure that your documents are legally binding and effective when they are needed.

Depending on which services you have taken, some documents will need registering with the appropriate government bodies so that they are effective. You also have the option to take advantage of our secure document storage facility to ensure the right people get the right documents in the right condition at the right time! Once done, your affairs are in order and you can sleep easier at night knowing your family is taken care of.
