Was put on a rolling contract via whatsapp, provided a months notice of my intent to move out and was ignored, followed up multiple times via whatsapp (with multiple contacts, including in our house group chat) as we were told that was the primary method of contact and was ignored every single time (even though the messages were read). Still received no response.

Properties converted to HMOs with very dodgy workmanship, i live in a neighbouring property and have seen first hand the low standard used. The owner of this company also oversaw the building work. Terrible house management, had to wait for a fridge to be fixed for over a week and even then they sent us a second hand one from market place, damp everywhere that they sprayed over rather than actually fix it properly leaving a chemical smell in my week that I had to air out my room the whole day and sit in the kitchen as it was giving me a headache constantly blamed us for a street wide rat problem and miscalculated the rent amount owed in an effort to get them to keep my deposit along with MANY other problems regarding the house. terrible company, whatever you do don’t use this company More...
