The first time selling a property can be daunting however, The Property Store made everything stress free and simple. From day one until the property sold, communication was great, service was great and most of all the staff were amazing. There is no pressure to go with them unlike some other companies. They don’t bad mouth other estate agents again, unlike other companies and when another property in the same block went up for sale one week within mine, the property store got mine sold much quicker than the other property who was being marketed by Home Connexions in East Kilbride. Highly recommended.I have been a buy to let Landlord for 25+ years. Had the Property Store been about then it would have been a far smoother ride. I find the staff friendly, courteous and above all, professional. I am confident my interests are looked after with this firm.I sacked a previous letting agent and transferred my tenant of four years to the Property Store. A year down the line and the tenant commented to me that the old agents were awful and the Property Store staff are great and that it was well worth the minor hassle to swap.The Property Store take Landlord responsibility’s very seriously and are not averse to mild nagging of the Landlord if all is not right with the property. Called up on the Monday for a viewing, as a first time Letter I'd never done this before but booked up and went to view it, a younger girl was showing the flat named Rachel, nothing was too much trouble told us all about the flat ect if there was anything we wanted changed just to ask she was great�.

We really liked the property so I called up and a guy called mark was on the other side of the phone I had a few questions he ran me through it all told me to just be quick at getting all our info across and they would deal with the rest.

We signed our papers today. We are now moving on the 5th.
Amazing service.

I can’t fault the property store one bit for their assistance and professionalism throughout the whole process of the sale of my family home. Having lived in the property for 30 years, I wasn’t exactly in a rush to sell and wasn’t willing to accept just any offer. The property store more than matched our valuation of our home, and considered the sentimental value to us as well when in discussion regarding possible buyers and offers. I would highly recommend the property store and Euan in particular. Very friendly, helpful and professional staff at the property store in East Kilbride. Levels of communication throughout buying and selling were pitched just right so I was well informed but not stressed. They helped me with the purchase of my home and also to sell a property. Despite moving some distance which comes with some difficulty the property store were always there to help us and to make sure things went as smoothly as possible. We were looking to buy a property in a city who's market was new to us. We easily arranged to view a property at a time that suited. We met Euan who was prompt, very professional and did a great job selling us on the property. He then ensured we could easily contact him out of normal hours and he was a great intermediary between us and the vendor. This allowed us to quickly agree a deal and we secured the property at a good price in a fast moving market. First Class Service! Just a newbie to the Letting Business as a Landlord. The Property Store Staff have held my anxious/tentative hand the whole way. And can't believe how quickly things have been set in motion. No sooner had Heather visited the property, photos were taken on the Thursday and up on their website on the Friday, with interest from prospective tenants from the Saturday. I have used the service of the Property Store as a landlord and found them to be excellent. They are truly professional and pay great attention to detail which is very important as a landlord. They go to great extremes to ensure that the tenants are properly vetted. If things are set up properly at the beginning then everything runs smoothly after that. Their knowledge of the rented housing market and legal aspects is second to none which is very useful as at all stages of the property letting and management cycle.

Contacted the property store to gather the facts on selling my property. June was fantastic from the moment i sat down with her right through to the exchange date. She kept me well informed of the process arranging home reports, then taking plenty of photos of my property to appear on all websites, June kept me well informed with appointments for viewers and follow up facts after every viewing. June was happy to help at any time of the day and easily contactable this was a great service knowing she was there for any questions we had. The property store and the staff made sure,that what could have been a stressful time went really smoothly,removing so much stress from me.
