I was extremely impressed with the quality of the service provided by property Cafe in selling our home in Bexhill. And they got the fact that it was our home and mattered a great deal to us. The escorted visits were handled very smoothly and professionally and the market advice proved accurate. They supported our wish to put the house on the market at above the value that both they and other agents thought it would attain - and it did sell for that upper figure. We hit a substantial problem with a purchaser further down the chain but Sue at the Little Common office kept us informed and did all that she could to push the process along. I was sceptical about the value offered by estate agents but I really felt that Property Cafe worked hard for their fee and acted in our interests throughout. I would recommend them highly. More...

We will explain how we work and offer you our opinion on how to proceed to achieve the best result for you. This is based on our experience, knowledge of the market and recently sold properties, the local area and your circumstances. Usually, after the initial meeting, we will call you to inform you of the valuation we believe is correct for your property and the reasons for it.
