What inspired you to start your own business?
The Legal Aid changes in 2013, which meant that the majority of people would have to pay legal fees for claims that put them at a lost. I notice that legal fees was deterring people from claiming losses which occurred as a result of someone else. I started my service to reduce the legal fees to enable people to access justice.
