Services

Here we can go over a very basic discussion of your current lifestyle. We look at things such as your nutrition, exercise, routines, stress management and social contact and then give you a few simple and easy tips to get your wellbeing off to a great start. It’s a great package to help you make some very quick and simple changes without going into too much depth.

This is made up of just one consultation. If you would like additional consultations to ask follow up questions, or would like to take advantage of some additional support and accountability, you can upgrade to the in-depth MOT.

Unlike the quickfire MOT, here we can provide some additional support and accountability with two follow up consultations. This gives you a greater chance of achieving success in making long term changes and allows you to ask more in depth questions. You will be given a pre-appointment workbook to complete where you will observe and contemplate various areas of your life that may be impacting your health. We will go through your completed workbook during our consultation and generate a plan with some simple realistic and impacftul next steps for you to focus on.

This package involves three one hour consultations over a three week period. In my past experiences patient’s reported that they felt more supported when they could access weekly appointments, this also allows any challenges to be identified and worked with more quickly.

If you wish to continue with support and accountability for longer, or you are hungry for greater improvements you can upgrade to the 3month package.

Here we do a thorough lifestyle assessment, write you an in depth personalised plan and hold you to account with re-assuring support, empathy and checking in with your progress. This is designed to be tailored to the level of support you need. Some people need a kick up the back side, others just need a kind voice and some words of encouragement to keep them on track.

Whatever you need to support you in making the necessary changes, we will endevour to adjust our style to suit you and we will adapt the plan to see that you stand the greatest chance of success.

Through working together over three months, we can get a good idea of what your unique challenges are and also celebrate those successes together. As a healthcare professional, it may also be necessary for me to contact other healthcare professionals involved in your care, subject to your consent and to notify them of any changes you are making in your life. Where necessary I will also inform you of when you should obtain consent from your healthcare provider before making any changes in your lifestyle, such as dietary changes in patients taking certain medications.

The three month plan involves weekly one hour face to face, or telephone appointments (whatever you prefer) as well as a once weekly e-mail/text communication during working hours between consultations.

Whether you are interested in treating ill health, maintaining or improving upon good health through dietary supplements, herbal medicines, homeopathy, natural therapies, or through improving your microbiome, I can share with you my professional assessment of what your best natural options are. We can also go over the potentials risks of certain options, so you can make informed decisions when it come to your health.

The ultimate natural remedy when it comes to maintaining health is to be proactive in leading a balanced and full life. We can look at how you can achieve greater balance in your life, including things like re-balancing stress, exercise, diet and even your good/bad habits.
