Yvonne and the rest of the team at Hillington were very friendly and extremely helpful in designing the kitchen. Allan at Kitchen Depot, Ayr made our kitchen purchase so easy. We had visited other kitchen suppliers but we know from our first visit to the Ayr showroom and chat with Allan that we would purchase our kitchen here. Wow! If you want a high quality kitchen and installation, go to Kitchen Depot! Cally's welcome to both the Telford & Shrewsbury showroom was so friendly and informative. Cally listened to what we wanted, and designed a kitchen, which now installed looks so sophisticated and luxurious. We want to thank each member of the Kitchen Depot team for their enthusiasm during the whole process of our kitchen fitting. If we had a question or a concern and Cally was unavailable, her colleagues were able to step in to provide updates, and at times re-assurances. We also want to thank Steve, Joe & Lee, who installed our kitchen. Their workmanship was of such a high standard, and their attention to details provided finishing touches we would not have even thought about - they were excellent. Absolutely delighted with every aspect of the new kitchen fitted by Kitchen Depot in Bishopbriggs. After the initial visit to the showroom Jill arranged a home visit to measure up then it was back to the showroom to see her design. It all looked good so the order was placed. The fitting all went very smoothly. Jill is in touch a couple of times throughout to make sure it’s all going OK. Willie the fitter is a grafter. He works from 08.00 in the morning until around 6 at night with a quick lunch break. His quality of workmanship is superb with great attention to detail. It’s the attention to small things like which way round to fit the sink to give best storage under it that make the install the best it can be. The other tradesmen :- plasterer, electrician, worktops and tiler, all arrived on cue on the appropriate days, all co-ordinated by Jill and Willie. Every one of them to a high standard. When I was ordering the kitchen I said to Jill that I was looking for a kitchen with the “wow“ factor and Kitchen Depot delivered it in style. Highly recommend them. More...

Great Quality Kitchens and excellent customer service. I've been really impressed with The Kitchen Depot. I purchased a kitchen and utility from them supply only. We were using our own builder to install it, alongside some other building work in the house. Our own builder left us half way through the job and The Kitchen Depot have been absolutely amazing at assisting us to use their tradesmen to complete the job. I would recommend using the tradesmen that The Kitchen Depot have, even if you do have your own builder. The guys that work for the Kitchen depot are brilliant and have amazing attention to detail. The overall quality of the work their guys have done has been brilliant. A special shout out to Marcus in the showroom for selling us a great kitchen and always being on hand to help out. Marcus even helped us during his annual leave, which honestly, in a time of need was a delight to know he cared that much. Having visited several Kitchen companies and had a few come and carry out a survey we decided to go with kitchen Depot Rosyth. On all visits and communications Rob and the team were always friendly and accommodating and worked with us to design the Kitchen we envisaged. Throughout the whole process nothing was too much trouble and Dougie and the rest of the fitting team were excellent, we were always updated with progress at the end of each day and what was going to happen next. there was also a tight timeline to have the kitchen fitted before Christmas which was achieved. Had a unit fall off the wall....bearing in mind this was installed 6 years ago...and the fitters only offer a 12month warranty, so I phoned the Telford branch where I purchased my kitchen from, I must admit iwas a bit antsy. ...well the guy who answered quickly settled me down.... We then got down to the actual issue,we had a brief conversation on the phone,where Chris then decided to come and see the issue himself, he was at my house within the agreed hour, had a look at the issue, and agreed on the proposed outcome....the fitter was then at my house in the next hour to make the unit safe.....we agreed that we would be with us at 9.00am the following morning....where the job was completed.....and if that wasn't enough.... The fitter then proceeded to check all the other units th check that they were OK...there was another slight problem with another unit....which he then sorted out.....nothing was a problem to him nor was there a problem for it to be sorted....also they wouldn't accept any offer of payment, I even tried to go half's with him....and he still refused....so I was more than happy with a 5star experience and a fantastic outcome...especially after it was installed 6 years ago... KITCHEN DEPOT BISHOPBRIGGS I had been considering renewing my kitchen of 20 years but it was a daunting prospect. After a friend recommended the Kitchen Depot, I arranged for a visit. Martin from the Bishopbriggs came out and considered my views and took measurements etc. we then arranged for me to visit the showroom where Martin showed me the plans he had drawn up for my galley kitchen. I was surprised and delighted that he had shown how changes could enhance and improve the layout. After selecting the style, flooring etc, we agreed the cost and date for the fitter to start. Martin helped with selection of appliances and all other coordinates and supported the renovation throughout. Wullie, the fitter was excellent, reliable and worked long hours. He coordinated all the other trades people and kept disruption to a minimum (no mean feat for a top floor flat)! Appliances and old cabinets etc were removed immediately following completion of job. My experience of Kitchen Depot Rosyth has been unbelievable from the minute I went in to their showroom. I was made to feel very welcome by both Rob and Rikki. It was a pleasant change from the big Kitchen suppliers who either aren't interested or won't leave you alone until they have a sale. The journey to my dream Kitchen was a personal one. One that was going to take a lot of imagination and advice. This was made very easy by the experience of the staff. Very knowledge and constructive ideas about what I may like. The actual fitting of the kitchen carried out by Mick was done to a professional standard and nothing was too big of a problem. There were a few issues with my house internally which were quickly remedied. I had absolutely no reason to be stressed. My finished kitchen? It's better than the one that was inside my imagination for so many years. I'm super proud of it and I'm very pleased I asked the people at Kitchen Depot Rosyth to design and install it. We visited a few kitchen companies and what we loved about Kitchen Depot was the quality of their products and the people, especially Ben Burdall who dealt with us. We were made to feel really welcome. He took his time with our design and came up with some great ideas for the layout. The products themselves are top quality but at a reasonable price. Very poor quality installation, alleged high end kitchen. A lot of snagging issues, some of which were not completed: We had painted door cut to size leaving rough edge, both ends of our island were cut and glue on strips used, again rough edges and strips broke within weeks. Plinths cut short, self closing hinge not working, live wiring left exposed, cabinet end blanks left exposed from underside and doors swelling and paint cracking within one year, apparently not covered under warranty (response was that moisture ingress isn't covered) if you don’t use water in your kitchen I guess you’re ok. We ordered our kitchen nearly a year before it actually got put in due to to building work delays. Nothing was any problem, with quick replies to queries and accommodating of last minute changes. They were able to source some of the appliances at a very competitive price too.
