Had Jason the sales man out, was very thorough and got me a great deal on my windows. Would recommend as Jason was not one bit pushy, explained everything in detail and I was happy with the overall price, colours and the products seemed far superior to anything I had previously seen. Had Adam the sales rep out with us, Adam went through everything showed us the frames, designed the doors. We had other companies out but they where definitely not as in debth. Sebastian fitted the frames, I must say they where so clean we did absolutely nothing. My inlaws had roofline installed this month and couldn't be happier, from start to finish it was so professional, Steven & Lee are a credit to the company and didnt stop, arrived on time like planned and very polite, Colin in the office also rang during the job to see if we where happy and again when the job was finished. From the initial consultation to the surveyors and the fitting i can honestly say this is 10/10 service. The Home Design Group installed our new bathroom recently, from design through to installation Home Design provided an excellent service. As our bathroom refurbishment was not a straight forward rip out and replace Ciaran the plumber and Ciaron the joiner delivered a 1st class job, always polite, tidy and respectful of our home. Alan in the office again provided a 1st class service as we had to change some of our plans during installation, making sure that we were able to achieve our ideal bathroom and following up with several calls after installation to insure our satisfaction. I had a new conservatory fitted by Home Design Group, every aspect from the initial contact, Salesman/Estimator, Site Survey, Fitting Team and even follow up calls to make sure I was happy with everything, went very smoothly. They were all very professional throughout. The Salesman came out promptly and took the time to answer all questions, giving several references from previous customers (which Checked Out Fine) and gave us a very competitive price. The Site Survey person checked all the final measurements explained what would happen and gave us an accurate schedule of events. The fitting team were exemplary, they called the night before to confirm a start time and arrived promptly, they explained again what they would do, and started right to work. They were both very courteous, professional and efficient. They carried out all the work to a very high standard and cleaned everything up before leaving that evening, Fantastic! The follow up call to make sure everything was to my satisfaction was the icing on the cake. A great service, well provided at a good price. They certainly get my recommendation! More...

A great friendly service. All the team were polite and friendly and did a great job. The windows and door look superb and the fit and finish is more than we could ask. Over all we had no issues, all the work was done professionally and the installation team went above and beyond what they are paid to do. They were quiet and considerate due to the fact we have a 7 month old baby napping on and off during the day! We will be using this company for our next project! Had my windows and Doors installed by The Home design group recently and absolutely love them. Couldn't recommend them enough, they actually advised us on Lintel's needing replaced that our builder didn't even pick up on. Our builder messed the fitters about by not having things ready on time and messing their schedule up which they did not complain about and acted professional at all times.
