Gentleman arrived spot on time, introduced himself listened to my problem , checked all round moving furniture and was found to be condensation and how to cure it wonderful.

Quick response to our enquiry - 5 mins. Surveyor here within 24 hours. Expertise was impressive. The main difference from other companies regarding our damp problems was BSC were all about treating the problem whilst others were concentrating on treating the symptom.

I must say I'm really impressed with the whole process. I have previously had damp properties and know the problems and stress it can carry. Throughout the process I felt informed and that the people I was dealing with where professional and honest about the task at hand.
