We have only been using the cleaning lab for a few weeks. The cleans that were done were very good but that is where the good service ends. We originally employed them on the promise that we would get the same cleaner for two days a week. Over the last three weeks, half of the cleans were cancelled at the last minute, the cleaner has changed and on 90% of the visits, the cleaner was up to 3 hours late. When discussing this with the office, they keep making promises that are not kept or do not respond at all. Yes we provide our cleaners with the eco friendly clenaing supplies needed. All we ask from our customers is to provide a vacuum, mop and a bucket.
