Paul and his team carried out a crown reduction on our very large and overgrown oak tree. He was professional, helpful and his quote was reasonable and fair. The team was on time. He made an excellent job in a very difficult tree, it not only looks great but is now in a safe condition . The oak was on the corner of a very busy road junction ,signs and cones used to keep the area safe. I employed Tenderleaf to pollard a Horsechestnut tree in the garden of my home. I have had work carried out on a number of Horsechestnuts over the years and am always concerned as they are very near the house. There was no need to worry with Paul and Greg. I was initially impressed with Paul who arrived on time, carried out his assessment professionally, checked the TPO consent and offered a fair price. Again, on the day the work was completed, both Paul and Greg arrived promptly, set about the work with energy, were considerate to the needs of passing traffic, completed the task to my complete satisfaction and cleared up all debris.
