The lock failed on my back door and it was permanently locked shut. John came next day, got the door open and did a temporary fix, then returned the following day to fit a new lock mechanism. I would definitely recommend him.

John arrived within 15mins of call which was awesome.
I was locked out my home, keys were in lock on inside of both front and rear doors. Self locking door at front.
Was a set price so no hidden costs or unpleasant surprises which I was pleased about.
John assured me he'd get in and did so without having to resort to any excessive action, such as drilling locks out.
Entry was difficult to rear, but he was like spiderman and it was no issue for him.
He was friendly, polite and trustworthy.
