Whst can I say!?
If I said totally unreliable and unprofessional, this would be an understatement! What a terrible experience. He arrived on site to do my garage conversion late every day, then went home early every day. Consequently the work took 3 times longer than he said it would. The quality of the workmanship was very poor. Nothing level. He would not provide a breakdown of price, prior to commencing work, regardless of asking numerous times, then kept saying things that he had included in the price, were not included and would cost extra. He walked off site twice, simply due to my asking him about the job and questioning things politely. He didn't turn up for days, then refused to come back unless he was paid upfront ( something which we had always done), never not paid him upfront! Except for the electrician, all other tradesmen he subcontracted were as bad. The carpenter hung a brand new door and split the wood whilst attaching the lock and TB would not take responsibility for this either.
It's up to you if you use him, but do so at your own peril. Don't say you wasn't warned. Dreadful workmanship, dreadful attitude. Star rating minus 1! More...

A terrible service. Lots of work was either not done (but we were expected to pay for it) or of very poor quality. This was for a garage conversion. Avoid at all costs as it just isn't worth it. I would award a negative score if possible. More...

We’ve just had Tommy convert our garage. We’re super pleased with everything he and his team have done. He was really efficient, competitively priced, had good communication from enquiry to completion and would definitely recommend and use again for other projects in the future!
