Driveway crumbled with 1 week, not returning my calls or emails

The customer drove onto the driveway before it had time to set, the day they rang we were closed on a Sunday. We've had plenty of contact with donna.we had to come back and reset the whole drive, everything is sorted out now.

the team wear masks whenever at work and whenever the customers are near, we use sanitiser at every opportunity.
