From start to finish, the scope of information given to myself and my husband was amazing. Initially my husband liased with David who talked him through the process of installing solar panels in detail. As my husband was very anxious about the installation due to us just having a new roof, we asked plenty of questions and David was only too happy to answer them until we fully understood what was required for the install from start to finish. The roofers who came out to do the install arrived on time and again talked us through what they would be doing. They finished promptly and even showed us pictures of what the panels looked like once installed to our roof. We were so happy with the install that we decided to get some more panels fitted to the front of the roof. The electrician (scott) was also very helpful and he set up the inverter so that the panels could start doing their job. I would definitely recommend anyone looking to get solar panels to go with Synergy power. I've never left a review before but honestly believe that this company is worth leaving a review for. We used Synergy Power to upgrade our ten year old solar panels, change the converter and install a battery. The team was very proficient and very personable. The surveyor visit showed us the options with no pressure and the arrangements with the power company about tariffs were supported by the company. The people doing the installation were polite efficient and tidy. They also returned promptly to settle a small teething problem which they had picked up on monitoring. The reviews of Synergy Power on Google are soooo different to Trustpilot! This is my review I've also left on TP and is representative of my experience: ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ I purchased a battery storage system from Synergy in November 2022 and added a second battery to it in July 2023 so I have some experience of the company. They are decidedly 'curate's egg' - they quote competitive prices and the installation I have is good; but their communication is downright awful. After placing an order you hear pretty much nothing from them. When chased you get some information but it's like pulling teeth. They don't volunteer anything, never call and frequently don't reply to emails. For my additional battery after an email enquiry they proposed 3/7/22 but never confirmed. That day came and went - nothing. But then on 4/7 installer Jake called to say he'd be there in 90 minutes! Luckily I was at home.... Nice lad, came with his dad, but had never installed a Givenergy battery before so he spent a lot of time on the phone to Syn and toe GivE. The end result was satisfactory but blimey O'Reilly! My experience of Synergy Power has been excellent. From my first enquiry through to asking them about additional panels on different roof orientations we ended up with a 27 panel system (11 South , 10 North , 3 East and 3 West) all feeding into a 10KW SolarEdge inverter (with independent optimisers on each panel). This connects into a dual Tesla PowerWall 2 system which can store enough solar production to power the house for a couple of days if there was a power cut. During my quotation process the rules on VAT on my invoices changed and Kuki was able to keep everything up to date which the other people who also quoted for the work did not do. I have already recommended Synergy to a number of my friends - two of which have gone on to order systems through them. So overall a great friendly team who have performed a great installation for me. 1 YEAR UPDATE ********************************************** My system has performed better than expected (8.7MWh actual vs 7.4MWh predicted). For those people wondering if North facing panels are worth it - here are my 1 year comparisons. North facing have produced 53% of my South Facing. East facing have produced 68% of my South Facing. West facing have produced 75% of my South Facing. I have just asked Synergy to add a further 12x435W panels into my existing system (6 East 6 West) on to my garage to feed into the existing inverter (called Overprovisioning) to help maximise my exports during peak export price times. So far my most productive day has produced 63kWh which is great - and the new panels will help me with "Grey Day" power when it doesn't care which way the panels are pointing. More...

After searching for many well known companies to provide me with a bespoke solar battery system nobody could supply or fit what I wanted. Every company I came across said they only do off the shelf packages an that’s it. I wanted more. That’s when I came across synergy power. I will say I’m a very hard person to please an expect perfection. As I hadn’t heard of this company I was quite hesitant. But after doing some research an hearing reviews I gave them a try. I will like to add that no company in the world will ever have 100% positive reviews as human nature people like to complain more than praise. Anyhow I gave these guys a call and Kuki I must say has a fountain of knowledge an advice. Ross also great in his job an even the solar panel installers were fab as they were continuously improvising. Highly recommended. Information beforehand, the sales process and the installation were quick and efficient. We actually then had an issue with our battery (which was an issue with the manufacturer not Synergy), and their team (especially Kuki) sorted it out quickly and efficiently. I can't fault their service.

Couldn't be happier with the service/installation from the team at Synergy Power. Despite doing a fair bit of upfront research we had a lot of questions which Kuki, Rosie and John went through with us in great detail, to ensure we got the best solution for us. They processed the application that we needed for install and did what they could so we could be up and running before our existing contract changed. The teams that they used for the installation (scaffolders/roofers and electricians) were all courteous and did a superb job to ensure a smooth and prompt installation. We had quotes from several companies and Synergy was not the cheapest but we decided to go with them because of good reviews. Some other companies also refused to give us a quote because of limited space on our roof and 3 orientations. We were glad we decided with Synergy Power! Communication was very good and the team were very efficient. I spoke with Rosie most of the time and she was very patient with my questions. Nothing was too much and not pushy with sales. Installation went well with Will and Matt, professional and very good workmanship. One of their team installed our solar skirt which is what we wanted and looks very tidy. Also had a good communication with John from operations. Overall, very happy with all the process and the install. System is working well. We would like to thank Synergy Power - For meeting our tight schedules in relation to installing our solar Panels - From the moment their Surveyor Visited us to advise the best possible design and layout for the solar array we were confident that we had identified the right installer after having had visits and quotations from seven other installers. Synergy's advised time-scales , for Delivery of the equipments & completion of all the works on site ran like clockwork. Their electrician was very tidy , cleaned & hoovered after all his work was complete - can't speak highly enough of his courtesy & consideration of working in our home.I slight improvement we have suggested to Synergy - is to speed up the process of receiving our handover pack - this was 6 weeks late.All the related FIT paperworks was furnished to within 24 Hours of commissioning & it has now been 14 Months since our installation was completed - we have generated electricity very well.In light of our experiences we would urge anyone thinking of having a solar installation to include Synergy Power within the quote process.
