What do you love most about your job?
The greatest part of my job is seeing the transformational changes in the lives of my clients and knowing that the effects will filter through in every aspect of their life. For me being a coach is a privilege and every day I meet amazing people each with their own areas that they wish to work on and for me, no two days, like people are ever the same. Empowering and enlightening moments, which I often refer to as "the light bulb moment", when my client understands and gets the answer they are searching for is truly invigorating. Change is powerful and being part of that is amazing......
What inspired you to start your own business?
After 20 years of working in the corporate world I noticed in the last few years that my role had evolved from operational to becoming more mentor/coach. I found that encouraging personal development and helping my team change the way they thought, challenging at times limiting beliefs, not only lifted their spirit but created a motivated and empowered workforce. This was the catalyst into my own transformation and I founded SWS Coaching in 2012 and have never looked back.
Why should our clients choose you?
I believe in using a multi faceted fun approach in my coaching sessions with techniques such as NLP and exercises to cement the change within each individual. On our first session after going over the areas my client wishes to work on I work out an individual personalised plan that will become the base for future sessions. When you look for a Coach I believe its paramount to work with someone who fits you and adapts to your needs. A coach is there to guide you and aid you in finding the answers and I have successfully helped hundreds of people do just that over the last 8 years. Understanding strengths, weaknesses, your own style and maximising these in yourself and your team is my goal.
