What inspired you to start your own business?
After working within the industry for many years, we've noticed that most companies are very set in their ways and refuse to move with the times, therefore not exploring the latest methods and technology. Seeing an opportunity to set up a professional but modern company that is alway staying ahead of the curve. We also don't just allow customers to choose us, we like to choose our customers and that is why we are extremely lucky to have a great relationship with our customer base.

All of the equipment we install allows us to offer remote assistance. More importantly it allows the user to also access their equipment remotely as well. This means if you are away from your home or business you are able to set/unset or get notifications from your alarm system or view your CCTV from anywhere in the world.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We are following the guidelines laid out by the government to allow us to work as safe as possible during the pandemic. Some of these measures are wearing masks in our customers homes and businesses, adhering to the social distancing rules and all engineers are required to undergo temperature screening before they set off to a customers house or place of work.

We offer a wide range of CCTV & Intruder Alarms packages. Our CCTV and Intruder Alarms are “APP” compatible across all smart devices and tablets. This will allow you to receive intruder alarm notifications on activation or to check your home or business CCTV whilst you are on holiday or away from your premises.
We also give you a step by step walk through of how to use your chosen system and offer free technical support by phone to all of our customers 24/7. Alternatively, for those who are not tech savvy our systems also work in the tradition manor.
