I had 4 cameras installed at my home a few weeks ago. One camera had a slight blur on the screen. I rang Abid and informed him. He sent the engineer out at the date and time I requested. The engineer was Ali who is very good. Ali changed the camera to see if the camera was faulty. But the blur was still there.
