Roof Repair
Hi you have taken thousands to fix a roof but you still havent sent the warranty. The roof is still leaking.
Can you let me know when will we receive the warranty.
My colleague has chased this up several occasiona with you.
The roof is still leaking and you said the whole rood needed replacing but from the materials you left in the garden you said it was all loose but we have pictures to prove that the materials were strong. This matter will be taken further if its not resolved.

Had a general roof maintenance moss off sloping roof tiles, had ridge tiles, apex & valleys pointed in, gutters cleared also 2 guys joe & dan did a great job would highly Recommend.

Amazed at the expectation of a 20% deposit (£570) before the company set foot on the property to start the job. Not acceptable to me 😣 sorry

Excellent team can't praise them enough. We have just had our full roof replaced along with drainpipes, facials and soffit. Team came on a Monday finished by Friday. All along they pointed out what they were doing, asked if we were happy and continued. They worked in all the weather the end of September in Blackpool could throw at them. Met with a surveyor from this firm had a complete roof survey prior to buying a property all came with picture proof backed by these guys then had a few quotes in to return to these guys for the job happy to say they do a good felt & batten job also good finish on there ridge & hip tiles. I recommend using these roofers.
