Wow wow wow wow wow. We’ve recently had our kitchen / family room decorated by Suave and we’ve been blown away by the quality of their work and their service. From the point of our initial enquiry the team were attentive, informative and prompt (but by no means pushy), we liked that there was a clear written agreement setting out what they’d be doing at at what cost so we were all aligned from the outset. On the first day of work, Josh who we’d be in contact already arrived bang on the agreed time and introduced us to the wonderful Alice who was our decorator for the duration of the works. Alice has been nothing but polite, proactive and professional in the way she’s carried out her work. She spent almost all of her first day protecting and preparing surfaces and ensuring she was really clear on what we wanted her to do. With a brand new media wall (lots of unprimed woodwork!) to be painted in addition to a kitchen and dining space (including all the ceilings), I think this was probably a relatively large room. Alice was with us for a week in total (5 days) and it was such a pleasure to come home every evening to see the progress which had been made. She took her time and really focused on ensuring that her work had been completed to Suave’s high standard at each stage. I should also add that every evening, Alice made it possible for us to use the room to cook dinner (she tidied, cleaned up and made the room presentable EVERY DAY!). Josh came back to check-in during the week that Alice was there and then again at the end. They’ve paid exceptional attention to detail, asked for feedback the whole way through and done an absolutely exceptional job overall. It’s everything we’ve asked for delivered seamlessly and with positivity and professionalism. Suave did an outstanding job painting my kitchen. They were pleasant and professional through out. They took a lot of care in covering every surface carefully before starting painting and also cleaned up completely after they finished. They completed in time and on budget.
