Neha managed a complete refurbishment of my two bed flat. From the outset her professionalism stood out. She provided a thought through contract, clearly explained each stage of the process and provided a payment schedule and estimate of costs.
Each stage of the process was subsequently executed as planned. She took aboard my initial ideas, added her magic, and came up with an outstanding standard of work that far exceeded my expectations.
I can honestly say that she made the entire process completely stress free for me. She is so easy to work with and earned my complete trust. She is incredibly passionate about what she does, and has excellent technical knowledge and design flair. She puts the customer first and goes above and beyond to ensure she delivers a first class service.

We had such an amazing experience with our designer, Neha. She was always so open to listening and understanding the feel we wanted to recreate for our home. She suggested ideas we would not have thought of, as well as included some of our initial ones and made the finished design look so homey and amazing! She went beyond our expectation. It was a great pleasure to work with Neha on the first part of our home renovation, the kitchen. This was an extension of the house and so it was important for the space to feel in keeping. Neha Modha was wonderful to work with when deciding to re-do my bedroom. I think I’m quite a fussy person and what I really appreciated is that she actually listened to what I wanted from my room, in terms of different spaces within the room. Neha has great ideas, but if I wasn’t happy for some reason she would only rise to occasion and come back with more offerings until I was truly happy. What do you love most about your job?
Meeting clients and realising their vision for their homes. Making them feel excited going into each space through functionality and detail. Most of my clients tend to become good friends and I am still in touch with alot of them! Creating a relationship built on trust is very important to me and for them too, knowing they are in good hands.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I started my own business as I felt I could offer a full hands on service to clients from concept to completion through my knowledge of the industry and having access to a range of suppliers, thus designing each project specific to client needs, with the best quality and service.
I also wanted to open up design and give people access to my knowledge through the different packages I offer. A good design really does change the way you live and I wanted it to be made accessible.
Why should our clients choose you?
I am very transparent and flexible in the way that I work. No project is too big or too small and I can take care of as much or as little as you would like me to. I have no obligation to use certain products/suppliers and therefore have a wider range to offer, ensuring your design is realised to its full potential. Having build up my team of craftsmen/trades/suppliers over the years, there are so many options to choose from which means any style can be achieved. Having fulfilled project co-ordination roles in the past, focused on detailed technical design, specifically kitchens and bathrooms, and my passion for interiors, detail and new materials will ensure your project is like no other.

Yes! Any and all design meetings can be done face to face or remotely.
We also offer "Brainstorm sessions" to help guide you through your renovation. Its a 1-1 Session, usually lasting 1-2 hours, covering Layouts and schemes; it is completely tailored to your specific project. This can be done in person or over zoom :)
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Clients have the option to meet online via zoom for our meetings, reducing any risk. Samples are all anti-bacd and sent via mail, if necessary, and moodboards are created online instead so clients have soft copies of all presentations to refer to.
E-Design
Given current circumstance we offer E-design services to allow us to design your space remotely. This includes; Spatial layouts, moodboards, product specification and 2D renders.
Turn key service
This is taking a project from concept to completion where we manage everything for you. This includes; Spatial planning, moodboards, product specification, procurement, 2D/3D renders, technical design pack for the contractor, installation and project co-ordination.
Consultation
A consultation service for your project based on an hourly service/day rate
