This is a really good agency who are very helpful in sorting out any problems. I took one of their 2 bedroom properties with a flatmate and the experience with the agency, particularly with Purminder, have been absolutely great. Steve has also bene extremely helpful in genuine and legitimate identification of all problems raised. The lack of 5 stars is due to the landlord. They need to be more selective with their properties and landlords as our landlord was completely below average. The landlord simply did not look after the house and they would never live in it themselves. We were bombarded by issues when we first moved in such as no fire alarm, boiler not working, dishwasher not working, washing machine with a terrible odor on clothes. Thanks to the agency, the appliances were all changed free of charge, however, it caused huge inconvenience and lots of admin. This landlord either needs to change significantly or not be allowed to own a property in the UK.All in all, I would recommend this agency as long as they up their criteria with landlords. More...

This estate agency was the first agency that I've seen being so proffesional about everything that their job implies. Miss Purminder was the one helping me throughout my application and she took care of me to the best of her possibility, very proffessional and understanding and helpful throughout the whole process.
