What do you love most about your job?
GROWTH: Growing through experience with each job and using each lesson learned to help others on the team grow and improve as well.
KNOWLEDGE: The vast knowledge gained of the construction industry. We're always learning.
HANDS-ON: We love building and working with our hands. The craftsmanship and integrity put into a job completed with our hands is very rewarding.
TEAMWORK: Being part of a team and watching projects unfold as we complete them together.
PRIDE: Taking a look at the finished product after a job well done is pretty satisfying. I enjoy driving by previous jobsites and looking at the roof systems I helped install.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Since a young age I worked with my father-in-law who had his own roofing business, thats where my first inspiration came from.
He taught me everything I know from how to run a success business to the trade itself. I knew from then that I could do it on my own and thats how my family run business started over 30 years ago.
It will continue for many more years as I have now taught my son the trade and I know he will be highly success in carrying my business on.
