Excellent communication throughout and very personable to talk to. Attended as quick as he could and even got into the roof to inspect it which other surveyors were not offering. Provided very detailed verbal debrief after survey. Report could have been issued a little quicker, but it was over the Xmas period so it wasn’t that slow considering.
