Scott arrived on time and carefully described the problem and what was needed to fix. He then went to collect the parts, fitted the parts and checked to make sure the fix worked. He then tidied up and took the small amount of rubbish away with him. Highly recommended . More...

This month I had SNS Improvements solve a problem with a leak from a front gable in my cottage. The water was dripping inside the bedroom and began directly after the dismantling of scaffolding which it turns out left damage to the roof. Scott and his team were able to locate and fix the issue also finding that another part of the gable was damaged and getting that fixed also. Scott was very professional yet friendly and respectful, getting the job completed even though the weather conditions were not altogether favourable! I would certainly recommend giving them a call for a job well done. Thanks to all the team! More...

Scott was recommended to me by a friend and within a couple of hours of contacting him I had a (very reasonable) quote and an appointment 2 days later to complete the work. He and a member of his team were punctual, friendly, careful and fixed the gutter joins in under an hour. Payment was also quick via bank transfer (didn’t have to traipse around to find cash).
