I recently had Wesley from Square Mile Cleaning Limited come over to clean all the carpets in my 3-bedroom semi-detached house, and honestly, I was really impressed with his work.
It's not often you come across a company that genuinely seems to care about the little details, but he did. He was thorough, making sure he got into every nook and cranny, and by the time he was done, the carpets looked so much better—like they had a new lease on life.
Wesley was outstanding, communication with him was a breeze; he kept me in the loop and was super responsive to any questions I had. It's refreshing to see someone who knows their stuff and is also great with customers.

I have a two year old wool mix knotted weave fitted carpet in a kitchen dinner. My attempts to remove food and dirt marks myself using Vanish spray and a sponge weren’t working, leaving bright spots and rubbed the knotted weave. Wes and his team used a hot pressure cleaner that took all the marks out without damaging the pile and added some kind of freshener. Very happy with the results. The carpet looked like new, indentations from furniture were mostly gone or gone completely and could smell the wool again. More...

What do you love most about your job?
Making happy customers and happy employees. I love meeting new and existing customer cleaning requirements, and impressing them with excellent work, that other cleaning companies either can't, or don't provide, also giving our cleaners regular work so they can build happy homes for themselves and their families.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I failed building my previous company in the advertising industry and lost all of my money hard earned savings. I then thought 'where there's muck there's money' put on a pair of rubber gloves on and built my company from there. I very soon started employing staff and training them to do the same excellent work I did myself, and to take pride in making every job perfect for each and every one of our customers. I wanted my company to make happy customers and happy employees, we call it 'The Square Mile Smile!'

We are personable and helpful and make the whole booking and cleaning operation as smooth as possible. We will always to go out of our way to meet the customers requirements and if it's something that we can't help our customers with then we usually know another company that can!

We can if you need Cobots which are cooperative robots and we can clean your space remotely. Its mainly hotels that use this process; to do the repetative vacuuming/scrubbing work that humans don't like to do over and over again, day and night!

We follow the governments legislative guidelines and use a bit of common sense too!
