Spruce Catering

Spruce provided us with canapes for a small function we were having.

We had Adam come and and cater for my wife 50th birthday. We had a set menu for 8 of us and the food was absolutely incredible. I have eaten in some of the top restaurants and this was easily on par with that.
He was incredibly professional and friendly. He had some great equipment that he bought in and it was a real pleasure for us to watch him cooking.
It was on the higher end of our budget but worth every penny. We will certainly be getting Spruce to cater for any of our future celebrations. More...

We asked Adam to cater for a small party of 8 with canapes and finger foods and were enthusiastically supplied with an extensive menu to choose from with recommendations as to how much we might need. Our initial choices were endorsed by Adam who also indicated that we could probably do with less than we were asking for, which we thought was very honest. We went with his recommendations. Personal delivery was made on time by Adam who was lovely to chat to and offered instructions about how best to serve the food. It all looked delicious, the presentation was faultless and looked like Michelin star quality! Our guests loved all of it and the amounts were just perfect with very few left overs.
