What an amazing class in the new studio. I have come away feeling like a new women. The studio is bright, relaxing & along with Lauren’s teaching the perfect combination. I can’t wait to join regular classes X More...

Lauren is a very informative teacher. Her practice is top notch, asking her students input in what they need that day. I have gained a lot more flexibility to help with my karate and dance. Brilliant yoga practice.
