From the initial meeting, and prompt follow up I was impressed with South Wales Home and Gardens.
Chris is professional in everything he does and I am very pleased with the final result.
He turns up when he says he will, and cracks on with the job at hand. He provided a detailed schedule of works, along with a contract and all invoicing was as expected.
Our patio project lasted over 2 months through rain and a lot of mud, but every evening Chris spent time cleaning up so it did not feel like we were living on a building site.
I have already booked him for a secondary project; full recommendation from me.

Thought I needed a new fence but on speaking with Chris it turned out a repair would be more than suitable. The work was completed quickly and in a very tidy manner with little disruption and looks as good as new into the bargain, AND at a great price so I'm very happy. Some other quotes I had wanted to replace the whole fence and charge a fortune, why didn't these others just quote for what was actually needed? More...

Hired Chris to cut back an overgrown front lawn and hedge, which he did quickly, to a good standard and for a good price; he also did it with very little notice too.
He’s a nice chap to boot, too.

What do you love most about your job?
Being able to give a customer something they want, but can't do themselves and seeing the look of satisfaction on their faces; I then also feel satisfied and fulfilled.
What inspired you to start your own business?
No longer satisfied with being part of large organisations and the desire to deal directly with the customer from start to finish.
Why should our clients choose you?
A small business where my success depends on the satisfaction of each and every customer, where every single job matters and where every single job is delivered with pride. If your not satisfied, no delighted, then I'm not satisfied.
