How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
I provide regular fitness assessments that screen for movement, anthropometrics, cardio-vascular fitness, strength, and muscular endurance. I build bespoke training plans based on the data I collect, and provide ongoing support to clients throughout their health and fitness journey.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
There is no one-size-fits-all method. Each client has their own strengths, weaknesses, goals, and training modalities they enjoy. Having variety of training methods, as well as an in-depth understanding of human physiology allows me to create targeted training plans that work on an individualised basis.
What do you love most about your job?
Sharing knowledge, seeing clients get fitter and stronger, and building long standing professional relationships.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I come from a family of small business owners, so that was always a big inspiration for me. I have worked in big chain gyms in the past and found they were more interested in sales. They overlooked the client, the quality of service, and the personable nature required to perform the job well. Setting up my own business has since been much more rewarding.

I provide online personal training services via Zoom from my home studio, as well 2 weekly group Pilates classes that clients can attend.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I closely follow all guidelines set by the UK government regarding COVID-19 regulations. All of the equipment used is thoroughly wiped down after each session. If clients have any personal concerns regarding social distancing, I am happy to oblige.
