Word of warning to anyone considering dealing with this company. They will undertake all the dirty tricks they can think of to con extra money out of you. Read every tiny bit of the vast amounts of small print in their terms and conditions before signing anything. Even though the salesman presenting you the contract knew nothing about it themselves they will try to enforce ‘Technical support’ contracts on you that isn’t part of your main agreement and the first you know if it is when the money’s been taken from you. Customer service is appalling... you think you are signing for one contract but then there is another contract you are also signing hidden in the small print within the T&C’s. Honestly wish I had never heard of the company and advise anyone in the strongest of terms to stay clear. They fraudulently obtained signatures from my staff for printers we never received and tried saying we had taken delivery of them. Their staff have been trained in a way that they will do anything they can to hit targets and have no morals whatsoever in how they achieve them. Browse their Facebook page and see for yourself. Unfortunately after using this company for a number of years I have been extremely let down. The initial issue is with their sales man and 1 year down the road contract and sales agreement hasn’t been fulfilled.

Great company that has looked after our Photocopiers for 7 years. We have 5 in total and are well looked after, service is good and always arrive soon after if an issue is logged. Regular reviews are taken place to make sure all is well with the machines in both our London and South Wales offices. Recommend to anyone. More...

I cannot rate SIT highly enough. After a long periods of down time due to IT issues I now have a pretty much flawless IT system. If an issue does occur then the help desk team simply log in remotely and resolve the issue there and then. More...

A sincere thank you to Kevin and the team for a first class service. The end of the week is always busy for us at Llandaff Cathedral and it's vital that our weekly notices are printed for Sunday services. We had an issue yesterday afternoon with our printer which, due to awaiting delivery of a new part, won't be resolved until Monday but Kevin stepped in and arranged the printing and delivery of our notices which arrived promptly this morning - much to our relief! Since taking delivery of our new printer from Solutions in Technology the customer service has been second to none and it's very reassuring to know that we have a company who is willing to go that extra mile to help when things don't quite go to plan.
