From our initial interaction with Solar365 we were impressed. The sales director, Lewis, was friendly, knowledgeable, accommodating, and produced a detailed proposal there and then for our specific requirements. Before our appointment had ended we had pretty much made up our mind.
The work was carried out in one day and the electricians and roofers again were friendly and helpful, answered all our questions and provided guidance regarding the solar app.
After sales have been brilliant also, keeping us in the loop with all communications to the grid, and hints and tips for everyday use, and very responsive to emails and phone call queries.

Being a cautious old man, I was somewhat dubious about using a small local company over a large national outfit. I needn't have worried, because from the first onset, Jordan came across as genuine (a thing that proved true). He quoted a very competitive price, and a delivery time that the other companies couldn't touch. Two weeks later the guys turned up on the due day, placed the ten panels on the roof and along came the elecky who did the remainder of the work. They all acted in a very polite and professional manner, cleaned up after themselves and left us feeling very pleased that we had chosen them. One of their directors has just called to uplift a check for payment (they didn't even request a deposit).
My my wife and I are more than happy to recommend Solar 365 to anyone wanting a no fuss/no pressure company for all your solar requirements. May I wish the lads all the mest or the future. More...

Just had 18 panels and two batteries fitted by these guys wot a team they are professional , upfront and honest. And the installation team did a fantastic job clean ,tidy and hardworking also plesent to talk to . A great team all round will highly recommend More...
