various factors most basic one being the space and the construction.

site visit. studying the structure. how well its insulated. can i have windows or not. what adjustments are needed to make it habitable.
What do you love most about your job?
being able to help people. making bespoke solutions. carpentry and plumbing.
What inspired you to start your own business?
always had a passion to fix stuff. studied carpentry and joinery at college. currently studying to become a gas safe engineer.
