Having recently moved into my new home constructed by Smart Design Constructors Ltd. from the ground up, I am very impressed with the quality of their workmanship and professionalism throughout the 7-month build process.

From the initial ground clearance and preparation of the site, Smart Design's team worked efficiently to lay the foundations and build up the property's superstructure. The project managers kept everything on schedule, coordinating the various tradespeople seamlessly. The brickwork, carpentry, plastering, roofing and M&E works were all completed to a high standard.

Once the exterior shell was watertight, the meticulous interior fit-out commenced. Smart Design's experts completed the first and second fix electrics, plumbing, heating and finishes capably. I was pleased with their attention to detail - nothing was overlooked.

In addition to the construction, Smart Design assisted with selecting finishes, appliances, landscaping and more. Their designers offered helpful guidance while accommodating our personal tastes. Throughout the process, all teams were professional, polite, tidy and safety-conscious.

In just 7 months, Smart Design Constructors Ltd. handed us the keys to a fabulous new London home. I recently had some exterior work done on my home by Smart Designs Constructors Ltd and I was very pleased with the results. They replaced my old Victorian tiles with new stone slabs and added a step to my front doorway, which really improved the look and safety of my entrance.

The team also dug out a section of my concrete front garden to plant a privacy hedge, which was expertly done. They laid down fresh gravel on top of the remaining concrete to tidy it up and created a nice border around the hedge using the gravel, which saved me money compared to using more expensive materials like stone slabs.

In addition, they repaired and replaced my old front exterior light fixture, filling in the gap around my drain cover, and gave the entire front exterior of my home (10 windows, walls, doorways) a fresh paint job. The team worked efficiently and left everything looking fantastic when they were done.

I would highly recommend Smart Designs Constructors Ltd for any exterior home renovation work. Their prices were fair, the work was completed on schedule, and the quality of the finished product is excellent. I'm so pleased with how my home looks now thanks to their skills and care. Outstanding! We just had our new bathroom fitted, and we couldn't be more pleased with the final result. The guys did a great job - totally ripping out the old bathroom and replacing everything including relocating the loo and sink/vanity. They worked really hard and everything looks just like we imagined!
