From the moment Daniel came to my house to give me a quote I could see how professional and experienced he was. We agreed a start date and time period for the work, which he kept to (even finishing slightly earlier than expected!
). Daniel and team were very professional and kept me informed throughout the process. As my house is old there were a few hiccups along the way, but nothing that Daniel couldn't handle. The team were courteous and tidy and kept dust to a minimum. I couldn't be happier with the finished work and I would not hesitate to recommend smart build services.

This is second time we have used Smart Build Services,this time for full house renovation to be honest big job they delivered same excellent and superb results same as last job.
Smart Build Services gave some grate suggestions based on our plans.we were kept well informed on start dates and progress.The team were grate ,worked around our toddlers routine,cleaned up each day and completed our plan.
All the job done by 6 weeks as they said from start.
Finish and standard of work are superb.
Can highly recommend Smart Build Services for any home project,big or small ,Thanks again for the work done and making our dream come true and give us new good looking home .
