What inspired you to start your own business?
Historically I have worked in design and build companies for years, but now am focusing on improving the value of homes, using my experience
I am a good project manager and work to a high standard - I like communicating with my customers and now I have my own business I provide an end to end personal service often missed by larger organisations
My knowledge ensures I cover everything prior to submission of planning and building regulations, and I'm proud of my track record in this respect

Not at present although I will discuss your requirements over the telephone initially
A site visit is necessary to survey your home and ensure plans are drawn correctly. I send you the plans via email for your approval and make edits until you are happy - I then submit the planning application and manage the process on your behalf
Regularly communication and updates are provided throughout the project
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Before visiting a customer site I check if they are shielding anyone vulnerable and if I need to take any necessary action before conducting a home visit
I am fully vaccinated and will wear a mask and gloves if required - my customers should be fully confident that I am aware of all current Covid risks and continue to monitor the situation closely
