Tom responded quickly when I contacted him and fixed our broken lock at a reasonable price. My Mother (who isn’t on Facebook) also had her lock fixed by Tom as an emergency call out. He arrived quickly and fixed this efficiently so my Mother could go on her way (she was on the way to hospital when the lock stopped working). Called Tom today as my backdoor wouldn't unlock. He diagnosed the problem before he even arrived. On the call Tom was really polite and spoke about my issue rather than payment or fishing for the work. He arrived within 20 mins tools in hand ready to go. He quoted me a price dependant on time and the actual price was not too much over the quote and was still very reasonable as id been quoted way over the final price by another locksmith. Tom was polite when doing the door and is a very well spoken guy, no fuss and very proud of his work. He left no mess behind and after driving off turned around just to come and wipe the door down as he had forgotten to do it. Small things like that show a good tradesman! I would happily recommend Sixtowns to anybody and will be having tom back for another job i have lined up. Payment was quick and easy through bank transfer saving me a trip to the cashpoint and not a cash in hand job like other tradesmen invoice sent via email. 1 very happy customer! More...

Tom couldn’t do enough for us, he went above and beyond what we had asked. He managed to fix our front & rear doors that wouldn’t lock / shut as they should, as well as a window that had completely jammed shut. All done with an hour & a half on a Sunday afternoon. No call out fee and competitively priced, I would not hesitate to recommend Tom or his work.
