Q&As

People often approach a security company because they fear the worst, or the worst has happened to them.

I love helping people and reassuring them that their possessions are in the safe hands and helping them to understand the options. For security to provide comfort you need to understand how it works and I pride myself on using plain English and no jargons!

In a big company customers are just numbers, I am very lucky as some of my customers are now friends and I like that.

I'm professionally qualified to offer fire and securty advice. Belive it or not, there are not many people out there who take the same professional approach and make sure they are qualified.

We can carry out some services online, but generally I need to see the premsies in question.

I always carry a mask and am happy to wear it where necessary.
