THEY HAVE PRINTED A BUISNESS CARD AND THEY HAVE MISSED A NUMBER FROM THE PHONE NUMBER??!!! THEY MADE ME MISS A GREAT OPPORTUNITY AND I AM WARNING ALL OF YOU THIS COMPNAY HAS NO IDEA ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL. DONT EVEN READ THIER REPLY AS ALL THEY WILL DO IS TRY AND CONVINCE YOU WHAT IM SAYING IS NOT TRUE BUT WHY WOULD I LIE? ASK YOURSELF THAT IM NOT HERE PROMOTING MY COMPANY.. SIMPLY GIVING MY REVIEW 0/10 OR EVEN WORSE DIDNT EVEN DESERVE 1 STAR!!

AVOID AVOID AVOID!! DONT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY UNTIL YOU READ THIS? I called simply prints as I needed business cards for the next day for an important meeting.
I explained the situation and the urgency. I stated I wanted the highest quality cards. I sent my previous card and said to copy that and add 4 words. Simple right? Not at all for simply prints they stated they couldn't design the card and they would just leave it black and cannot add anything. TAM AND BIPIN said they are not designers? which is surprising this shows they will not go the extra mile for their customers. the made a mistake and didn't add capital letters and when I noticed on the email they said they have already starting printing and said I would need to pay again after paying £111 to simply prints i payed again as I needed the cards for the next day. I payed an EXTRA £25 for same delivery so now I have payed over £200 for business cards.
when they arrived I put them in my bag for tomorrow only to find out they have wrote my phone number wrong on the card!! I didnt actually notice until i had given my card at the event to potential clients! they contacted me and told me i only have 10 numbers on my card! All they had to do was copy the number from the other card I had sent! How embarrassing! I tried to contact the company on social media and calls but had not luck yet!! Lost loads of money with this MASSIVE MISTAKE !

Hi Dan, Thank you for your review. I would like to clarify exactly what happened as this isn't entirely correct. You contacted us to place an order and emailed us a photo of a previous business card and your new logo. You did ask us to add some words (which were copied exactly how you emailed them). We explained to you that we can create a simple business card (which we believed would look more elegant as your previous one was more cluttered due to the buildings you had in the backdrop) and would email you a proof to check. You confirmed you were happy with this. We also defined a payment deadline (which you missed by 30mins). Nevertheless, we were confident we could produce your business cards on time. The designers recreated your design and added the detail (this is done manually). We then emailed you a proof to carefully check. We do stipulate that the proof must be carefully checked and we are happy to make any corrections required. You replied back approving the proof. You then called after we had printed the order and were about to trim it to say you spotted that the letters must be capitalised and told us that you had missed this when checking the proof. However, the entire responsibility should fall on us. However, we disagreed as many customers want the proof to show what they send (including capitalisation) and the reason for the proof is for customers to confirm everything is correct before they give us the go ahead to print. You also indicated that we shouldn't be charging you extra to redo the proof and reprint (even though we had incurred a cost to print the job). As goodwill, we gave you the option to cancel for a refund or you can pay a little extra to cover the cost of the work we had already done (you indicated you still wanted the business cards we hadn't trimmed sent to you regardless and these should be trimmed to size). You then paid the extra and we made the correction and emailed you a new proof. You then replied within a few minutes to approve. We then printed and sent you far more business cards than you had ordered (the initial set, the reprinted set with extra). It appears that you hold us fully responsible for approving 2 separate proofs even though we make it very clear that you need to check them carefully (otherwise we fail to see what you were approving?).

Simply Print saved me in a bind. Last minute on a Friday afternoon, when Vista Print/DPD STILL hadn't gotten cards I'd ordered a week ago (and on the fastest ship option for extra money), SP designed and printed 100 business cards for me in 90 minutes for £30.
When the VP cards finally made it to me, the quality wasn't nearly as good as the base-level card quality of SP.

Oh Yes .What a wonderful , attentive service I attended in person , having e mailed an image in a dvance , wanting business cards , 100 , the same day . Nicola , for it was she , sat and took went through the design , and the options , taking careful notes . Now this was at least 20 mins of one to one attention , on a £27 order , so thats customer service and value for money , imho.Anyway , I was over the drama of the whole same day thing , although that was very much still an option , and left the office secure in the knowledge the cards were en route , 3 days later .I confirmed the proof online , and picked up my gorgeous cards a day later . Couldn't thank these guys more. I had to have a booklet printed for a uni project by the end of the day due to being let down by two other printers. Simply Print had my booklet printed by the end of the day (actually was a within a few hours by the time I had gotten to them!) the quality was brilliant, I could not fault them! Friday 15th July I was abysmally let down for an event on the following day by Vista Print. On the off chance I googled next day business cards and came across Simply Print who I called and they couldn't have been more accommodating!
