I searched high and low for the perfect wardrobe - I wanted to optimise the space I had and found that most standard wardrobes I looked at were either 150cm or 200cm, but 180cm width of the one I bought was ideal. Furthermore, the exact same wardrobe was half the price it was advertised elsewhere. It's always a risk making such a big purchase online but Anshu was so helpful and swiftly replied to all my queries so that I could buy with confidence. I was advised the wardrobe would take 7-9 weeks to arrive and sure enough, after 8 weeks mine prompty arrived. I requested the assembly service and the two men who put the wardrobe together did so to the highest standard and were extremely personable and professional. I'm delighted with my new wardrobe which is sturdy, stylish and spacious - I said to my husband this proves that I don't have too many clothes after all, I just didn't have sufficent storage space!! I wouldn't hestiate to recommend Simply Bedrooms or to buy from them again. More...

I found Anshu and his team extremely professional and helpful and very quick to reply to any questions via email I had regarding my bedroom furniture. The two guys who came to fit it were very quick and tidied up well after fitting the wardrobe and made sure I was happy with everything they had done. The wardrobes are beautiful and affordable. They were fitted by the sellers which was very helpful. The customer service was very good and their prices are affordable compared to other traders of similar products. The Weimann wardrobes do take a while to arrive, around 8 weeks, because they are ordered from Germany, according to the seller, but it is worth the wait. The only advice I have for the sellers is to set up their own tracking system and keep communicating with buyers to keep them patient and confident that their product is on the way. More...

I spoke to Anshu before purchasing to clarify dimensions of the wardrobe, he was polite & knowledgeable.I was provided a text with a follow up phone call from Anshu informing me what day the wardrobe would be delivered.I also received a phone call from the delivery man informing me when they would be arriving. Ash and his brother have been super-helpful from the very beginning. I phoned him to enquire about a configurable wardrobe and he talked me through all of the different options and the benefits of each making the buying process very easy. I got the impression he knows his products very well.After this first good impression, I was very pleased that the first quote he provided was very sensible and way better than what I got from the big furniture stores for the exact same item (and whose advice was based mostly on sales nonsense rather than good product knowledge and industry experience).Finally, I'm giving a 5-star rating because of how they responded when there was an issue (which was a manufacturing problem, entirely not their fault). Although the furniture is what I wanted it was very dirty and dusty when it arrived. I was disappointed with the delivery as I only ordered because it said on the website 'delivery to a room of your choice'. However when the delivery team arrived and I asked for help to get it upstairs they told me that it was to late in the evening and that they had 26 deliveries that day and needed to get back to Birmingham so I wouldnt recommend them if you live further afield.
