During our current house renovation, after having cowboys previously, Luke & his team come and rectified all current issues and relaid all tiling with the upmost profession and detailing.
They talked us through step by step of what they were doing and always checked if we were happy with their work.

End Of Tennancy Cleaning
Our end of tenancy cleans focus on the deep cleaning of each room within the property, rooms are cleaned top to bottom, including internal windows.
All cleaning equipment, detergents and materials are supplied by Simple Facilities Management
Carpet Cleaning
Our carpet cleaning is carried out by uniformed, fully insured trained professionals.
Carpet cleaning is priced at:
£55 for one room,
£30 for each room thereafter,
£45 for Halls, stairs and landings
*15% Discount when 4 rooms or more are booked!
Gutter Cleaning
Using traditional methods and the latest technology, we will leave your uPVC looking brand new. We clean all brackets and connectors in depth, leaving no dirt or debris behind. Our fast acting uPVC cleaning chemicals can tackle any dirt or stains bringing your uPVC back to life. We offer gutter clean out services in addition to washing down any uPVC on your property. Our team have extensive specialist equipment and expertise to handle any hard to reach uPVC giving all uPVC on your property a brand new finish.
Conservatory Valets
Our deep, extensive conservatory valets leave your conservatory looking brand new. Included in the price, the guttering on the conservatory will be emptied and washed down. All conservatory glass and framework will be cleaned to the highest of quality, stubborn dirt and stains are no match for our specialist uPVC cleaning chemicals so no matter what the conservatory, rest assured, our team will leave it with a brand new finish.
Solar Panel Cleaning
Using specialist, soft and forgiving water fed poles, we can safely clean your solar panels, bringing them back to maximum efficiency. No matter the size or configuration of your solar panels, our team can ensure the effective cleaning of them, removing all moss, debris and atmospheric dirt.
Window Cleaning
With extensive equipment, whether it be a home or business, we are able to clean just about any property. Our staff are fully uniformed and fully insured for your peace of mind. Our regular cleaning services are usually on a 4 or 8 week basis but our team can adapt to any requirement. Unlike many window cleaners, we clean all glass, window frames, window ledges and doors.
