Avoid this company if you're having any work done under the ECO4 scheme. Was promised by a guy called Ralph that communication would be excellent throughout.
He was absolutely brilliant a top salesman however, found the reality is that the moment they ran into a problem he never answered the phone again. No work completed. Heading into winter without heating now. Made multiple promises over several months and the end result is I am going to have to start all over again. This time I will use a company with experience with this grant scheme as this company were completely at a loss with how to navigate the grant application. Only realised afterwards they have a single mobile number to contact the whole 'company"
Seems like they are fine if you're paying upfront. Avoid if you are trying to access the ECO 4 scheme and use an experienced company.

The team were knowledgeable, efficient, polite, tidy & ensured everything was installed to the agreed spec. There was a glitch with registering the system with my DNO which was also sorted quickly and without fuss once I highlighted this. Overall a very good experience.

Not usually a fan of posting reviews on Google but hoping if I share our experiences of this company others may avoid them. After shopping around for a installer to fit a Vaillant Boiler we opted for Simp Services Limited. They advised as an approved Installer and using the correct fitting kit they could extend the standard Vaillant warranty of 5 years to 10 years (this is something Vaillant support, provided registered by installer within 28 days of install). Initial impressions were good, with an instal date arranged quickly, being carried out July 2022. Had a lot of issues with instal not being up to a good enough standard, which resulted in repeated return visits to sort. After a few months we've started having problems with a leak, which after repeated phone calls and e-mails to Simp Services have had no response. To top it all off after contacting Vaillant to check the additional 5 year warranty was registered by Simp Services Limited I was told it hadn't been done! Cost of a boiler is a significant outlay but based on the website claims that Simp Services "reputation means everything to us" and "our customers receive longer than standard manufacturers warranties" and also a 1 guarantee on all work, we thought they were a safe bet. Obviously not as all three of these claims are clearly not true. This company is still active, with Ralf Watson Phil Simpson and Wayne Nicholson all directors. I've given you sufficient time to respond. We are left with a leak to repair as down to installation, not boiler fault which Vaillant would cover and also a shorter warranty than promised. Do not use under any circumstances. Installed boiler July 2022, work wasnt completed correctly return visits were required. Not quite the promise of high quality job their website promises but gave them benefit of doubt. Ralph Watson ( Director ) advised before booking that as Simp Services Limited were an approved Vaillant Installer our bolier would would have an additional 5 year warranty on top of Vaillant 5 years. Turns out this was a lie as come December 2022 we still hadn't heard from Vaillant to confirm warranty registered, contacted them to find out Simp Services Limited haven't registered extended guarantee and cannot as they are not an approved Installer. Goes from bad to worse when we then find out they haven't registered the job with Gas Safe ( they are legally required to do this within 30 days) something Ralph had guaranteed was being handled. Also means not registered for building regs. To top it all off their website claim of a years workmanship guarantee is worth nothing as you cannot even get them to return a call, e-mail, whatsapp or Messenger message. We now have a leak on the system due to their workmanship and no way to get it fixed as the boiler is not properly registered ( no engineer will touch it). The whole process was smooth and efficient from start to finish. Ralph kept us up to date the whole time and was clear about the whole process from start to finish. The installation guys arrived in the time slot allocated, were pleasant, knowledgeable, clean and efficient, putting down a layer of carpet protection between the rear door and the boiler cupboard and also took the time to clean up afterwards and explain the process of operating the remote control. SIMP is a fast responding and professional service. Ralph handled the replacing of my electric boiler in my 2 bedroom apartment. Communication was key for me and Ralph kept me updated at every moment, even when the deliver of the boilers got delayed a few days (3rd party issue) SIMP still kept me updated and assured a new time for installing.
