DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! 

Anna the company owner did some work for me i always paid her on time never any issue. She worked at a rented property of mine and had a altercation with a tenant and left half way through the job.

 Anna charged me near enough full price for a job that was not completed as per her first invoice! I kindly queried the invoice with Anna to reach a amicable amount to transfer into her account-  never refused to pay! Only requested Anna to charge me for the work she has done.

This women Anna who calls herself a professional cleaning company and has access to peoples private properties is a very dangerous person to trust.  Anna was told never to give any room keys to tenants at the property as the house is a room rent property and hand key to the local estate agent nearby.

 

Out of spite of me querying the invoice - she went back to the property, not to finish the job,  but to hand over a room key to a  bad tenant living at the propert, she knew the tenant causes damage to the property and  told him to damage the room she didn't manage to finish. I cannot believe she could scoop this low by acting like a gangster and handing a key she was in possession off to person to go damaged someone else's property.

Worse things is she didn't finish the job,  I had to get another cleaning company out to finish the job. The room was ready for a tenant to move in and that poor tenant that was suppose to move into his room cannot because its been damaged by Anna's instructions and another tenant by Anna actions had a copy of this poor tenants room key.

I will be taking legal action against Anna for intentionally causing criminal damaged.

This women is not to be trusted in properties. She has breaches gdbr rules and regulations as a registered company.  I will also contact trading standards as well.

Please do not use this company. She agreed to do 4hours came to my property and stayed for under 1.30 and charged double, The lady threatened to take my keys if I didn't pay her. The ladies didn't clean the property and I have had to have the cleaning again. Please do not use these ladies at all. More...
