Shane has done a wonderful job for me undoing the damage done previously by another electrician. He was very thorough and got my bathroom fan working perfectly - had to do a lot of rewiring for that. Highly recommended

The client misunderstood how Electrical installation is done in which she had hired someone else who cancelled the job in which she called me as an emergency I charged her £400 for my labour and the materials were separate in which the client thought i was charging £400 for labour and materials in which I couldn’t charge for materials as I hadn’t seen the job and would be quoting blind in which I would never deceive anyone but in life you cannot please everyone as I told The client what was needed to be done in which she had disregarded what i was saying in which her communication wasn’t very good in why she has put this review but thank you for your comment

Shane is helping us out of a previously very poorly done hob install!
He's given us a really reasonable quote to make it safe again for us and repair the previous job before carrying on with an install.

I would not recommend this supplier for home home rewiring.

What's the first experience
1. Approachable and plesent.
2. Competitive quotation.
3. Good reviews on Bark.

Why was my experience negative?
1. Contractor's not own team used,
2. No onsite controls.
3. Materials used are greater than quoted. due to poor planning and project management.
4. Poor working practices. no respect for your home walls and carpets damaged.
5. Tends to take the sub- contractos view without visiting site.
6. The 6 days quoted to complete turned in to 6 weeks plus.

My view:
Don't consider if your home is not going to be re-plastered and carpeted.
Get a fixed price for labour and materials. (lacks control or planning so things are not economically used) More...

In the end we didn’t actually use Shane as we found a socket to use for our dishwasher.

Shane does a good job but is very unreliable. He did my job half-way, collected half payment promising to come the following day to complete but never did. Each day for about two weeks he kept on telling me I'm coming tomorrow but never did. I ended up looking for an electrician privately to complete the job which cost me more.
The reason for Shane not coming back to complete the job was because the weather was too cold and moreover I live far from him. This is ridiculous. In the first place I didn't request the job in summer and I never moved house after I requested the job.
