What do you love most about your job?
I am passionate about people and watching them develop and achieve their full potential. I truly believe that people are a companies greatest asset and that without them, all companies would fold. We, therefore, need to invest in our people and support them to be the best they can be, for themselves and for the company.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Freedom and flexibility to work with companies that share my values.

Yes, all services can be provided remotely, via Zoom, Teams, Skype etc.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
All training and coaching were moved online and this has proved very successful. However, we are now very happy to deliver face to face again with all Covid measures in place.
