I would highly recommend Jo as a coach. Jo’s coaching has been invaluable in making decisions about my career. Jo has helped me develop my rationale and reflections in a considered and structured way. Jo was able to ask thoughtful and pointed questions to help challenge me, and structure my thinking and decision making. She was able to do this in a empathetic way, really understanding my situation and supporting me to make the right decision to help me in my journey towards achieving my ambitions. Jo has given me very open and honest views on my approach which helped give form to my thinking. The sessions were really positive, and I came away with some tangible ideas of next steps and feeling very able to tackle the challenges that lay ahead. More...

They've allowed me to really reflect, dig deep, and come to tangible actions which to date has had more success than I even anticipated. Thank you Jo! More...

I highly recommend Jo as a career coach. Jo worked with me during a period of career transition. My goal was to prepare myself for transferring into a different sector and Jo was a huge support in helping me to prepare for and navigate that change. Jo came to every session well prepared and used a range of tools to help me to structure my thoughts and build confidence . The fact that Jo had herself gone through career transition a few years earlier enabled her to empathise with my situation and give me some honest feedback on my approach based on her own experience. The sessions were uplifting and Jo generously shared her knowledge with me and gave me some great practical suggestions to explore different ideas. Thank you! More...
