Sefton pet sitting provides an excellent standard of care and is reliable.
Emma and our puppy were able to get to know each other before their first walks together and our puppy adores Emma.
The daily pup-dates of pictures and videos are brilliant to reassure us our pup is ok and they clearly show our dog is in good hands.
We would recommend Sefton Petsitting to anyone looking for a reliable, professional sitter/walker!

Thank you Emma for such a caring and professional service. Emma visited us twice before our holiday as one of our cats is nervous with strangers. She kept us up to date with photos and texts every day so we could see how our two cats were doing. Emma did a fantastic job of looking after our two cats while we were away. One of our cats in particular is quite a scaredy cat but when we got back from our trip he was settled and happy, and comfortable in Emma's company. Emma also spent a lot of time playing with the cats, and put our bins out, shut curtains and brought post in. I can't recommend Emma highly enough. We used Sefton Pet Sitters for the first time recently when we went away on holiday.
She is extremely trustworthy (very important when giving people access to your home when you are away), was very caring for our pet cat, and really easy to deal with. Such a kind, gentle lady. She even put our bins out for us while we were away, and offered to buy some food essentials (milk, bread etc.) for when we returned home.
We will definitely be using Sefton Pet Sitters again! A first class service.

Emma did us such a big favour when very spontaneously agreeing to cat-sit our two kitten for two weeks over Christmas time although she had to go the opposite way for her other customers. We were a bit anxious to leave them alone for such a long time as they are still quite young and fresh in our home. However, Emma sent us pictures every day, which soothed our mind a lot, and when we returned, we found the boys in very good condition and spirit.We can just say, if you really care for your animal, ask Emma to take care of them. Emma is lovely, professional, and genuinely caring toward both her human and non-human clients. She generously administered insulin to our diabetic cat when his treatment changed just before my partner and I were going away. We also appreciated her daily updates (with pictures!) via email. Emma loves animals and our cats were very well looked after when we were away. Nothing was a problem, and we received daily up dates and photos of the cats, which was very reassuring. I had to contact Emma at the last minute to look after my 4 cats and dog,she was so helpful and I could tell that she bonded straight away with them all. She kindly sent photos of them all daily so I knew they were all ok.The cost was very reasonable and I can highly recommend this superb service.In fact I may now take more little breaks away now I have Emma to take care of my beloved pets! I have always loved animals and this is my dream job . As I am with animals each day so I'm am always smiling.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Having had my cat looked after when I was away . I Knew I would run it like I was a customer I always give daily updates commucation is the key so you can relax. As I will have your pets happy.
Why should our clients choose you?
I am reliable and never let a customer and there pets will choose me I love animals . Also with dog customers I will go for a walk with you so to keep same routine this is good for bonding .
Cat customers I will visit you in your home before you go away I will come a few times so your cat is used to me , I find this helps gives you peace of mind. I will send you daily photos and videos each day.
